Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation type actuator for cam shaft adjustment capable of being controlled with a simple method by electronic control means.SOLUTION: In an oscillation type actuator 4 for cam shaft adjustment, only under a situation where a cam alternate torque value is sufficient and/or a situation where reduction of a flow rate from a hydraulic pump 12 is necessary, through software, the alternate torque of a cam shaft is used. In a case where the alternate torque of the cam shaft is insufficient due to driving of the cam alternate torque, the software changes the position of the spool of the hydraulic valve 3 and supplies hydraulic pressure fluid from the hydraulic pump 12 simultaneously with little alternate torque of the cam shaft, to thereby accelerate phase adjustment.
【課題】電子的制御手段により簡素な方法で制御できるカムシャフト調整用揺動型アクチュエーターを提供する。【解決手段】カムシャフト調整用揺動型アクチュエーター4において、カム交番トルクの値が十分な状況、及び/又は油ポンプ12からの流量の削減が必要な状況下に限定して、ソフトウェアを通じて、カムシャフトの交番トルクを使用する。カム交番トルクによる駆動でカムシャフトの交番トルクが不十分な場合、ソフトウェアは油圧バルブ3のスプールの位置を変えて若干のカムシャフトの交番トルクと同時に、油ポンプ12から油圧流体を供給して位相調整を高速化する。【選択図】図1 |
