Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white curable resin composition that has excellent resistance to thermal yellow discoloration and is to be used for various electronic devices, a cured film of the resin composition, and a decorative glass sheet including the cured film.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) a carboxyl group-containing resin, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) triphenylphosphine, and (D) rutile type titanium oxide. It is preferable that the (A) carboxyl group-containing resin has a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 30,000 and that the (A) carboxyl group-containing resin has an acid value of 120 to 200 mgKOH/g. 【課題】各種電子デバイスに使用する耐熱黄変性に優れた白色の硬化性樹脂組成物、その硬化皮膜、およびこれを備えた加飾ガラス板を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、（Ｂ）エポキシ樹脂と、（Ｃ）トリフェニルホスフィンと、（Ｄ）ルチル型酸化チタンと、を含有する。（Ａ）カルボキシル基含有樹脂の重量平均分子量は１０，０００〜３０，０００であることが好ましく、（Ａ）カルボキシル基含有樹脂の酸価は１２０〜２００ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇであることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
