SAFETY FENCE OF BELT CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety fence capable of greatly improving workability of installation and preventing loss of components.SOLUTION: A fence panel 30 is constructed by bridging a plurality of metal bars over an outer frame in the lateral direction and/or longitudinal direction. Fixing brackets 20 and 21 have fixing plates 20A and 21A extending to the longitudinal direction or lateral direction, and a plurality of fitting grooves 20F and 20G are formed adjacently in the longitudinal direction or lateral direction on the fixing plates. The plurality of fitting grooves have a shape that a starting end of a groove body extending in the longitudinal direction or lateral direction is opened to a front end edge of the fixing plate. The plurality of fixing grooves have a groove width allowing the metal bar to be fitted into, and at least two fixing grooves are formed by offsetting to the front-back direction of the fixing plate. The metal bars are fitted into the fitting grooves and held by groove body inner edges of the offset fitting grooves so as to attach the fence panel to a conveyor frame 10 or a carrier stand 12. 【課題】 設置の作業性を大幅に向上でき、しかも部品を見失うことのないようにした安全柵を提供する。【解決手段】 柵パネル３０は外枠に複数の金属棒を横方向及び／又は縦方向に掛け渡すことによって構成し、取付けブラケット２０、２１は縦方向又は横方向に延びる取付けプレート２０Ａ、２１Ａを有し、取付けプレートには複数の嵌込み溝２０Ｆ、２０Ｇを縦方向又は横方向に隣接して形成し、複数の嵌込み溝は縦方向又は横方向に延びる溝本体の始端が取付けプレートの前端縁に開放された形状となし、複数の嵌込み溝は金属棒が嵌まり込み得る溝幅を有しかつ少なくとも２つの嵌込み溝は取付けプレートの前後方向にオフセットして形成され、金属棒を嵌込み溝に嵌め込み、オフセットされた嵌込み溝の溝本体内側縁によって挟持することによって、柵パネルをコンベアフレーム１０又はキャリアスタンド１２に取付ける。【選択図】 図３
