Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation apparatus capable of enhancing a rehabilitation effect by generating myoelectricity especially for a paralyzed arm where myoelectricity is not generated.SOLUTION: A rehabilitation apparatus of the present invention is a rehabilitation apparatus that assists motion of a paralyzed arm by brain disorder such as cerebral stroke and includes: a detection part 10 for detecting assist motion in which a healthy arm assists the paralyzed arm; an assist part 20 for causing the paralyzed arm to perform bending and stretching motion; an adjustment part 30 for adjusting a motion timing, motion speed, bending load, or stretching load of the assist part 20 according to the detection of the assist motion by the detection part 10; and a control part 40 for operating the assist part 20 according to the motion timing, the motion speed, the bending load, or the stretching load adjusted by the adjustment part 30.
【課題】特に筋電が発生しない麻痺腕に対して筋電を発生させ、リハビリ効果を高めることができるリハビリ装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のリハビリ装置は、脳卒中等の脳障害による麻痺腕の動作をアシストするリハビリ装置であって、健常腕が麻痺腕をアシストするアシスト動作を検出する検出部10と、麻痺腕に屈伸動作を行わせるアシスト部20と、検出部10によるアシスト動作の検出によって、アシスト部20の動作タイミング、動作速度、又は屈曲負荷若しくは伸展負荷を調整する調整部30と、調整部30によって調整された動作タイミング、動作速度、又は屈曲負荷若しくは伸展負荷によってアシスト部20を動作させる制御部40とを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1 |
