WASHER FOR SCREW, SCREW WITH WASHER AND DEVICE HAVING FASTENING STRUCTURE BY SCREW WITH WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer for a screw allowing the washer to be integrated with a stepped screw with a simple structure while causing characteristics of a fastening structure using the stepped screw and the washer to be exhibited when two constituent members having linear expansion coefficients different from each other are coupled together by the stepped screw.SOLUTION: A washer for a screw 1 is provided with a hole 2 and has spring properties in an axial direction of a screw 7 inserted through the hole 2. The spring properties are imparted to the washer for the screw 1 by curving a plate-like body 9. The washer for the screw 1 includes: at least two curved protrusions 3a and 3b in a circumferential direction of the hole 2; and at least one projection 5 brought into contact with the screw 7 inserted through the hole 2 at positions of the curved protrusions 3a and 3b in an inner periphery of the hole 2. 【課題】線膨張係数が異なる２つの構成部材を段付きネジで結合するにあたり、段付きネジとワッシャーを用いた締結構造の特性を発揮させつつ、前記ワッシャーを段付きネジに対して構造簡単にして一体化できるねじ用ワッシャーを提供すること。【解決手段】穴部２を備え、穴部２に挿入されるネジ７の軸方向に対するバネ性を有し、該バネ性は、板状体９を曲げることによって付与されたネジ用ワッシャー１であって、穴部２の周方向に少なくとも２つの曲げ凸部３a,３bを有し、穴部２の内周における曲げ凸部３a,３bの位置に、穴部２に挿入されたネジ７に接触する、少なくとも１つの突起部５を有する。【選択図】図１
