PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device that enables a wire to be easily passed through a guide pulley and that can effectively restrain the wire from coming off.SOLUTION: A guide device 10 for guiding traveling of a wire body 20 includes a guide pulley 11 that has a pair of flanges 13 and 13 provided on both sides of a guide groove 12 formed in a circumferential direction, and anti-coming-off members 14 and 14 that are provided in both or one of the pair of flanges 13 and 13 in such a manner as to adjoin the flange 13 on the outside of the guide groove 12. The anti-coming-off member 14 is protruded in the radial direction of the guide pulley 11 throughout the outer periphery of the flange 13, and rotatively driven in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the guide pulley 11 or fixed against the rotation. 【課題】ガイドプーリに対して線通しが容易で、かつ線外れを効果的に抑制することが可能な、ガイド装置を提供する。【解決手段】線条体２０の走行を案内するガイド装置１０であって、周方向に形成された案内溝１２の両側に一対の鍔１３，１３を有するガイドプーリ１１と、案内溝１２の外側で鍔１３に隣接して、一対の鍔１３，１３のそれぞれ両方、若しくは片方に設けられた外れ防止部材１４，１４とを備え、外れ防止部材１４は、鍔１３の外周の全周にわたり、ガイドプーリ１１の径方向に突出し、かつ、ガイドプーリ１１の回転方向に対して反対方向に回転駆動されているか又は回転に抗して固定されている。【選択図】図１
