| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational speed reduction device for a truck tailgate, which: can suppress rapid rotation in an opening direction of the truck tailgate to allow the tailgate to be brought to an opening position at constant speed; can generate low resistance torque regarding rotation in a closing direction of the truck tailgate; is allowed to be formed in small size; and is easy to use.SOLUTION: A rotational speed reduction device 1 for a truck tailgate includes: a housing 5; a rotational body 8 disposed in the housing 5; a viscous fluid 14a stored in an internal space 13a; paths 15a and 16a disposed in the rotational body 8; a one-way valve 19 disposed in the path 15a; and a one-way valve 20a disposed in the path 16a.
