Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of suppressing an occurrence of such a situation that a rotor becomes unrotatable even when there occurs a situation where a rotation shaft and a bearing member move in such a direction that both separate from each other.SOLUTION: In a motor 1, when the gap between an outer peripheral surface 3c of a magnet 3 and an inner peripheral surface 10c of a stator 10 is G, the radius of a sphere 6 is r, the angle formed by a center axis Ls and a conical surface 2h of a rotation shaft 2 is , and the distance between an opening edge of the conical surface 2h and the center axis Ls of the rotation shaft 2 is R, the movable distance d, the radius r, the gap G, the angle , and the distance R satisfy a conditional express 1: R>r-cos +d-tan and a conditional express 2: G>d-tan . Due to this, a bearing member 7 is displaced to a counter output side L2 and the rotation shaft 2 is inclined, the sphere 6 is prevented from getting out of the conical surface 2h and the magnet 3 is prevented from being attracted to the stator 10.
【課題】回転軸と軸受部材とが離間する方向に移動するような事態が発生した場合でも、ロータが回転不能となる事態の発生を抑制することのできるモータを提供すること。【解決手段】モータ1において、磁石3の外周面3cとステータ10の内周面10cとの間隔をGとし、球体6の半径をrとし、回転軸2の中心軸線Lsと錐面2hとが成す角度を とし、錐面2hの開口縁と回転軸2の中心軸線Lsとの距離をRとしたとき、可動距離d、半径r、間隔G、角度 、および距離Rが、以下の条件式1および条件式2条件式1:R>r・cos +d・tan 条件式2:G>d・tan を満たしている。このため、軸受部材7が反出力側L2に変位して、回転軸2が傾いても、球体6が錐面2hから外れず、磁石3がステータ10に吸着することもない。【選択図】図2 |
