Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a capacitor capable of determining the anti-inrush performance accurately online in short time, and performing quality determination of the anti-inrush current characteristics of the capacitor capable of enhancing productivity and safety, by suppressing rupture and the like, of the capacitor in the inspection process, and to provide an inspection apparatus of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a capacitor performs quality determination of the anti-inrush current characteristics by bringing a discharge circuit into an operation state and discharging a capacitor to be inspected, and then making the capacitor operate an inrush circuit to be charged, and while bringing a voltage holding circuit into an operation state and holding the voltage of the capacitor, bringing the inrush circuit into a stop state while continuing measurement of the current and voltage of the capacitor between the terminals thereof, and after measuring variation in the values of voltage and current of the capacitor, bringing the voltage holding circuit into a stop state and bringing the discharge circuit into an operation state, and comparing the values measured by respective circuits with a reference value. 【課題】耐インラッシュ性能をオンラインで精度良く短時間で判別できると共に、検査工程おいてコンデンサの破裂等を抑制し、生産性と安全性を向上させることができるコンデンサの耐インラッシュ電流特性の良否判定を行うコンデンサの製造方法およびそのコンデンサの検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】放電回路を作動状態にし検査対象コンデンサを放電させた後、該コンデンサにインラッシュ回路を作動させ充電すると共に、電圧保持回路を作動状態にし該コンデンサの電圧を保持ながら、該コンデンサに流れる電流及電圧を該コンデンサの端子間で測定し続けながら、インラッシュ回路を停止状態とし、その後該コンデンサの電圧と電流の値と変動値を測定した後、電圧保持回路を停止状態とすると共に放電回路を作動状態とし、各回路で測定した値と基準値とを比較し、耐インラッシュ電流特性の良否判定を行うコンデンサの製造方法とする。【選択図】図1
