Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method for combination performance of a ventilation fan and a muffler chamber that can support consideration of a combination of the ventilation fan and muffler chamber so as to design ventilation facilities capable of satisfying both an amount of noise reduction and a pressure loss value.SOLUTION: A database is used which includes: fan data on blast volume and generated sound in air blasting; chamber data in which sizes of the muffler chamber 1 including sizes of a blast intake 1a and a blast outlet 1b are set changeably at a predetermined pitch; shield plate-related data in which arrangement positions of a shield plate and shield area ratios of a blast path 1c at the arrangement positions are set changeably at a predetermined pitch; and performance value data on pressure loss values and amounts of noise reduction made to correspond to mutual combinations of the fan data, chamber data, and shield plate-related data. For the fan data and chamber data, the shield plate-related data is referred to and the performance value data is extracted as combination performance of the fan and muffler chamber. 【課題】騒音低減量及び圧力損失値を共に満足し得る換気設備を設計するために、換気用のファンと消音チャンバとの組み合わせの検討を支援することが可能な換気用のファンと消音チャンバとの組み合わせ性能のシミュレーション方法を提供する。【解決手段】送風量及び送風時発生音のファンデータと;送風取入口1a及び送風排出口1bのサイズを含む消音チャンバ1のサイズが、変更可能に所定ピッチで設定されたチャンバデータと;遮蔽板の配置位置及び当該配置位置での送風経路1cの遮蔽面積比が、変更可能に所定ピッチで設定された遮蔽板関連データと;ファンデータ、チャンバデータ及び遮蔽板関連データの相互組み合わせに対応づけされた圧力損失値及び騒音低減量の性能値データと;を含むデータベースを用い、ファンデータ及びチャンバデータに対し、遮蔽板関連データが参照されて、ファンと消音チャンバの組み合わせ性能として性能値データが抽出される。【選択図】図2
