Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for and a method of manufacturing a vehicle component whereby a cycle time for a process, in which a component is attached to a rod-like member such as a steering member can be made efficient.SOLUTION: A device 100 for manufacturing a vehicle component according to the present invention includes: positioners 40a, 40b for holding a steering member base material 81; two or more hand robots 10a, 10b for gripping the component and transporting the steering member base material and the component; and a control part 60 for controlling operations of the two or more hand robots. The control part cooperatively controls the operation for gripping the component by each hand robot and disposing the component onto the steering member base material when joining the component with the steering member base material. Among the two or more hand robots, the hand robots, except the hand robot nearest a side on which the steering member is transported, dispose the N-th component onto the steering member base material.
【課題】ステアリングメンバなどの棒状部材に部品を取り付ける工程のサイクルタイムを効率化することができる車両部品の製造装置及び製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両部品の製造装置100は、ステアリングメンバ母材81を保持するポジショナー40a、40bと、部品の把持、及びステアリングメンバ母材及び部品の搬送を行う2以上のハンドロボット10a、10bと、2以上のハンドロボットの動作を制御する制御部60と、を有する。制御部は、ステアリングメンバ母材に部品を接合する際に各ハンドロボットによって部品を把持してステアリングメンバ母材に配置する動作を協調制御し、2以上のハンドロボットの中でもステアリングメンバを搬出する側に最も近いハンドロボット以外のハンドロボットにN個目の部品をステアリングメンバ母材に配置させる。【選択図】図16 |
