CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF SPLIT REINFORCEMENT MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of split reinforcement materials in which folding of a vehicular interior material can be prevented.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of split reinforcement materials which are arranged at the rear surface side 3A of a vehicular interior material 3, provided are at least a long first split reinforcement material 5 and a long second split reinforcement material 7. In the first split reinforcement material, a hook-shaped projection part 9 is provided at one end part in the longitudinal direction. The projection part comprises a rising part 11 which is in a form of rising from one surface of the first split reinforcement material and a bending part 13 which extends from the rising part 11 and bends against the rising direction of the rising part. In the second split reinforcement material, an opening 15 (or a notch part) into which the bending part can be inserted is provided at one end part of the longitudinal direction, the bending part of the first split reinforcement material is inserted into the opening (or the notch part), and the projection part is engaged with the tip side edge part 15A of the opening (or the notch part). The upper surface 5A which is more tip-side than the projection part of the first split reinforcement material superimposes on the lower surface 15C of the rear end side edge part 15B of the opening or the notch part. 【課題】車両の内装材の折れを防止できる分割補強材の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両の内装材３の裏面側３Ａに配設される分割補強材の接続構造であって、少なくとも、長尺の第１分割補強材５と、長尺の第２分割補強材７とが備えられ、第１分割補強材には、長尺方向の一端部に鈎状の突出部９が備えられ、突出部は、第１分割補強材の一面から立ち上がる形態の立ち上がり部１１と、立ち上がり部から延びるとともに、立ち上がり部の立ち上がり方向に対して曲がった屈曲部１３と、が備えられ、第２分割補強材には、長尺方向の一端部に、屈曲部を挿入可能な開口部１５（又は切り欠き部）が備えられ、開口部又は切り欠き部に第１分割補強材の屈曲部が挿入されて、開口部（又は切り欠き部）の先端側縁部１５Ａに突出部が係止され、第１分割補強材の突出部よりも先端側の上面部５Ａは、開口部又は切り欠き部の後端側縁部１５Ｂの下面部１５Ｃに重なり合っている。【選択図】図５
