PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution treatment device capable of automatically controlling a height of an emulsion flow.SOLUTION: A control device 8 reduces output of a second pump 22 when an electric current flows between respective ones of a first electrode 51, a second electrode 52 and a third electrode 53, and increases the output of the second pump 22 when the electric current does not flow between the first electrode 51 and the second electrode 52. Thus, a level of the emulsion flow in a column part 11 is maintained in a range between the lower end 51a of the first electrode 51, the lower end 52a (a lower limit) of the second electrode 52 and the lower end 53a (an upper limit) of the third electrode 53. 【課題】エマルションフローの高さを自動で制御することのできる溶液処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置８は、第１電極５１と、第２電極５２と、第３電極５３とのそれぞれの間に電流が流れるようになったら、第２ポンプ２２の出力を下げ、第１電極５１と、第２電極５２との間に流れなくなったら、第２ポンプ２２の出力を上げる。これにより、カラム部１１内のエマルションフローのレベルが、第１電極５１の下端５１ａ及び第２電極５２の下端５２ａ（下限）と第３電極５３の下端５３ａ（上限）との間の範囲に維持される。【選択図】図２
