PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since it is necessary to determine the handling configuration of information in registration in a conventional technology as for a technology for controlling the handling of individual information configuring a database, it is difficult to execute flexible and agile handling.SOLUTION: A search refusal enabling database or the like includes: a data group storage part for storing a search target data group to which search propriety attributes indicating the propriety of search are applied; a search query acquisition part for acquiring a search query with respect to the search target data group stored in the data group storage part; a search propriety information acquisition part for preliminarily acquiring search propriety information from a data authorized person terminal when searching the search target data group of the data group storage part; and a search execution part for rewriting the search propriety attributes of the search target data on the basis of the search propriety information, and for executing the search of the whole data group storage part on the basis of the rewritten search propriety attributes and the acquired search query. 【課題】データベースを構成する個々の情報の取扱いをコントロールする技術に関し、従来技術では当該情報の取扱態様を登録の際に決めておかなければならず、柔軟かつ機動的な取扱をすることが困難だった。【解決手段】被検索の可否を示す検索可否属性を付与された被検索データ群を格納したデータ群格納部と、データ群格納部に格納された被検索データ群に対する検索クエリを取得する検索クエリ取得部と、データ群格納部の被検索データ群を検索する場合に、データ権限者端末から検索可否情報をあらかじめ取得する検索可否情報取得部と、検索可否情報に基づいて被検索データの検索可否属性を書き換えて、その書き換えられた検索可否属性と、前記取得した検索クエリと、に基づいてデータ群格納部の全体の検索を実行する検索実行部と、を有する被検索拒否可能データベース等を提供する。【選択図】図１
