RESIN MOLDING, LEAK INSPECTION METHOD OF LONG HOLLOW MEMBER, AND LEAK INSPECTION SYSTEM OF LONG HOLLOW MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technique for simply performing leak inspection of a long hollow member in which metal wiring is housed in a hollow hole.SOLUTION: A resin molding 100 according to the present invention comprises: a resin long hollow member 10 which has a hollow hole 11, which is formed in a long shape and penetrates between both ends 10a and 10b, and in which the hollow hole 11 is sealed by resin sealing members 15 and 15 in the state where metal wiring 14 is housed in the hollow hole 11; a gas introduction hole 16 which is formed on a side surface 10c between both ends 10a and 10b of the long hollow member 10 in a penetrating manner, and capable of introducing gas for leak inspection from outside the long hollow member 10 into the hollow hole 11; and a resin covering member 30 adhered to a predetermined adhesion area 18 surrounding the gas introduction hole 16 of the side surface 10c of the long hollow member 10 in the state where the gas introduction hole 16 is covered. 【課題】 中空穴に金属配線を収容する長尺中空部材のリーク検査を簡便に行うのに有効な技術を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明にかかる樹脂成形体１００は、長尺状に形成され両端部１０ａ，１０ｂ間を貫通する中空穴１１を有するとともに中空穴１１に金属配線１４を収容した状態で中空穴１１が樹脂製の封止部材１５，１５によって封止された樹脂製の長尺中空部材１０と、長尺中空部材１０の両端部１０ａ，１０ｂ間の側面１０ｃに貫通形成され長尺中空部材１０の外部から中空穴１１にリーク検査用のガスを導入可能なガス導入孔１６と、ガス導入孔１６を被覆した状態で長尺中空部材１０の側面１０ｃのうちガス導入孔１６を取り囲む所定の接着領域１８に接着された樹脂製の被覆部材３０と、を備える。【選択図】 図３
