Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ascertain whether or not components of black vinegar made in a pot have an inhibitory action for a non-alcoholic fatty liver, an inhibitory action for the reduction of dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate (DHEA-S) accompanied with aging, or the like, and to provide a non-alcoholic fatty liver inhibitor, an inhibitor for the reduction of DHEA-S accompanied with aging, and/or an inhibitor for weight loss in an aged period, which have components specific to the black vinegar as active components.SOLUTION: There are provided a non-alcoholic fatty liver inhibitor, an inhibitor for the reduction of DHEA-S accompanied with aging, and/or an inhibitor for weight loss in an aged period, which have black vinegar as an active component. 【課題】壺作り黒酢の成分について非アルコール性脂肪肝抑制作用、老化に伴うdehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate（DHEA-S）低下抑制作用等があるかどうかをつきとめ、黒酢特有の成分を有効成分とする非アルコール性脂肪肝抑制剤、加齢に伴うDHEA-S低下抑制剤、および／または高齢期での体重低下抑制剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】黒酢を有効成分とする、非アルコール性脂肪肝抑制作用、加齢に伴うDHEA-S低下抑制作用剤および／または高齢期での体重低下抑制剤を提供する。【選択図】図１
