PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder capable of adjusting height of a tray.SOLUTION: A cup holder 10 includes a holder body 1, a tray 2 and height adjustment means 3. The height adjustment means has: a lock member 7 rotatably held by the tray; a guide groove 11j formed on a side wall 11d of the holder body, and allowing the lock member to move in a vertical direction; a lower side lock recess 11m formed on a groove side surface facing the guide groove on the side wall, and holding the tray at a lower position by locking the lock member; an upper side lock recess 11n formed at a further upper side than the lower side lock recess on the groove side surface, and holding the tray at an upper position by locking the lock member; a lock energization member 6 for energizing the lock member in a lock direction to be locked to the lower side lock recess or to the upper side lock recess; an operation member 8 for releasing the lock of the lock member to the lower side lock recess when the tray is located at the lower position; and a movement energization member 5 for energizing the tray toward the upper side. 【課題】 トレイの高さを調整可能なカップホルダを提供する。【解決手段】 カップホルダ１０は、ホルダ本体１とトレイ２と高さ調整手段３とを有する。高さ調整手段は、トレイに回動可能に保持されたロック部材７と、ホルダ本体の側壁１１ｄに形成されロック部材を上下方向に移動可能とするガイド溝１１ｊと、側壁におけるガイド溝に面する溝側面に形成されロック部材を係止させることでトレイを下位置に保持させる下側係止凹部１１ｍと、溝側面における下側係止凹部よりも上側に形成されロック部材を係止させることでトレイを上位置に保持させる上側係止凹部１１ｎと、ロック部材を下側係止凹部又は上側係止凹部に係止させる係止方向に付勢する係止付勢部材６と、トレイが下位置に位置しているときロック部材の下側係止凹部への係止を解除する操作部材８と、トレイを上側に向けて付勢する移動付勢部材５とを有する。【選択図】 図１
