Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow execution of increase or amplification processing of brake force to be started at a more appropriate timing corresponding to various situations of the brake operation at the time of the emergency brake operation by a driver in a brake assist control device which is executed at the detection of possibility of collision of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A brake control device of a vehicle comprises: an estimated time information acquisition unit which acquires information on estimated time of the arrival of the vehicle to the position of an obstacle; an emergency brake operation determination unit which determines the presence/absence of the emergency brake operation on the basis of the brake operation amount and the brake operation speed value; and a brake force assistance control execution determination unit which determines the execution of the brake force assistance control when it is determined that the emergency brake operation has been executed in a case in which the estimated time is less than the first prescribed time. The emergency brake operation determination unit determines that there has been the emergency brake operation when the brake operation amount exceeds the prescribed brake operation threshold regardless of the brake operation speed value in a case in which the estimated time is less than the second prescribed time shorter than the first prescribed time. 【課題】車両の衝突の可能性の検知時に実行されるブレーキアシスト制御装置に於いて、運転者による緊急制動操作の際のその制動操作の種々の状況に対応して、より適切な時期に制動力の増大又は増幅処理を実行開始できるようにすること。【解決手段】本発明の車両の制動制御装置は、車両が障害物の位置まで到達するまでの推定時間の情報を取得する推定時間情報取得部と、制動操作量と制動操作速度値とに基づいて緊急制動操作の有無を判定する緊急制動操作判定部と、推定時間が第一の所定時間を下回っているときに、緊急制動操作を実行したと判定されたとき制動力補助制御の実行を決定する制動力補助制御実行決定部とを含み、推定時間が第一の所定時間よりも短い第二の所定時間を下回っているときには、制動操作速度値によらず、制動操作量が所定の制動操作閾値を上回っているときに緊急制動操作があったと判定する。【選択図】図2
