PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information search device and information search program for enabling a user to freely specify a search range for information to improve operability.SOLUTION: An information search device includes a search range specification unit 12, a terminal communication unit 21, and a display control unit 22. The search range specification unit 12 specifies the extent of a range for searching for information. The terminal communication unit 21 transmits information on the extent and receives a result of the search for information within the range based on the extent.
