Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the profits of an owner of a power generator.SOLUTION: A power control system 1 includes a power generator 2 which uses natural energy to generate power, an electric storage device 3 connected between the power generator 2 and a power system 5, a power conversion device 4 which controls charge/discharge of the electric storage device 3, and a control device 10. The control device 10 determines whether the electric storage device 3 is in a state allowing charge/discharge or not and, in the case of the electric storage device being in the state allowing at least discharge, compares an electricity purchasing price and an electricity selling price with each other. If the electricity selling price is higher than the electricity purchasing price, the control device 10 outputs the selling electric power to the power system 5 as it is and selects a charge inhibition mode of charging/discharging the electric storage device 3 so that purchased electric power becomes zero, and generates a charge/discharge command on the basis of the selected mode and outputs the command to the power conversion device 4.
【課題】発電装置の所有者の収益を増加させることを目的とする。【解決手段】電力制御システム1は、自然エネルギーを利用して発電する発電装置2と、発電装置2と電力系統5との間に接続された蓄電装置3と、蓄電装置3の充放電を制御する電力変換装置4と、制御装置10とを備える。制御装置10は、蓄電装置3が充放電可能な状態にあるか否かを判定し、蓄電装置3が少なくとも放電可能な状態にある場合に、買電価格と売電価格とを比較し、売電価格が買電価格よりも高い場合に、売電電力はそのまま電力系統5に出力し、買電電力がゼロとなるように、蓄電装置3の充放電を行う充電禁止モードを選択し、選択したモードに基づいて充放電指令を作成して、電力変換装置4に出力する。【選択図】図1 |
