Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist making a comfortable state in a rood, by providing useful information to a user.SOLUTION: Air-conditioning operation is controlled on the basis of a detecting portion for detecting a peripheral state such as room temperature, outside air temperature, and humidity, an utterance portion 30 for producing voice, and the detected peripheral state. By determining a present situation on the basis of the state of the utterance portion 30 and an operation state so as to produce voice according to the air-conditioning operation, information according to the present situation is generated, and the utterance portion 30 is operated to produce voice. The utterance portion 30 pronounces a phrase corresponding to the generated information. 【課題】ユーザに有用な情報を提供して、室内が快適な状況になるようにアシストする。【解決手段】室温、外気温、湿度などの周囲の状況を検出する検出部と、音声を発する発話部３０と、検出された周囲の状況に基づいて空調運転を制御するとともに、空調運転に応じて音声を発するように発話部３０の状況および運転状況に基づいて現在の状況を判断して、現在の状況に応じた情報を生成し、発音するように発話部３０を動作させる。発話部３０は、生成された情報に対応するフレーズを発音する。【選択図】図３
