GLASS WALL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass wall body that allows clear view on the indoor from outside and offers nice appearance of the ceiling part.SOLUTION: A glass wall body has a window glass 4 disposed between an upper window glass supporting frame 2 installed on the ceiling and a lower window glass supporting frame 3 installed on the floor, as well as a rib glass 7 disposed between an upper rib glass supporting frame 5 installed on the ceiling orthogonally with the upper window glass supporting frame 2 and a lower rib glass supporting frame 6 installed on the floor orthogonally with the lower window glass supporting frame 3, where an indoor side surface 4a of the window glass 4 comes in contact with an outdoor side end 7a of the rib glass 7, and a lower surface 2a of the window glass supporting frame 2, a lower surface 5a of the rib glass supporting frame 5 and a ceiling surface 11a are aligned flush and continuously. The glass wall body offers a clear view on the indoor from outside because the upper window glass supporting frame 2 does not interfere with the view, as well as a nice appearance of the ceiling part because the upper rib glass supporting frame 5 is not conspicuous. 【課題】室外から室内の見通しが良く、天井部分の見栄えが良いガラス壁体とする。【解決手段】天井に設置した上ウインドーガラス支持枠２と、床に設置した下ウインドーガラス支持枠３とに渡ってウインドーガラス４を取り付け、天井に上ウインドーガラス支持枠２と直交して設置した上リブガラス支持枠５と、床に下ウインドーガラス支持枠３と直交して設置した下リブガラス支持枠６とに渡ってリブガラス７を取り付け、ウインドーガラス４の室内側面４ａにリブガラス７の室外側端７ａを接し、前記上ウインドーガラス支持枠２の下面２ａと、上リブガラス支持枠５の下面５ａと天井面１１ａとが面一に連続したガラス壁体で、上ウインドーガラス支持枠２が邪魔にならないので室外から室内の見通しが良く、上リブガラス支持枠５が目立つことがないので天井部分の見栄えが良い。【選択図】図２
