Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing.SOLUTION: A photoelectric composite module (9) comprises: a receptacle (91) having a cylindrical contour (911) and a plurality of contacts (914, 915) provided inside the cylindrical contour (911); a first printed circuit board (92) on which a photoelectric converter (92A) that converts an electrical signal into an optical signal is mounted and which links the contact (914) to the photoelectric converter (92A); and a second printed circuit board (93) which links the contact (915) to an electrical signal cable (62).
