PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting lamp capable of emitting light to a wider area, and a light-emitting type signboard apparatus.SOLUTION: An LED lighting lamp A1 includes: an LED light-emitting part 2 having a plurality of LED chips 22a; a support member 1 for supporting the LED light-emitting part 2; and a cylindrical translucent cover 4 which accommodates the LED light-emitting part 2 and the support member 1, which allows transmission of light from the LED light-emitting part 2, and which has an axial direction corresponding to an x-direction.
