Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method of a path of a movable part whose attitude varies.SOLUTION: A generation method for generating a path of a movable part for processing an object generates a reference surface (S105), and generates the path of the movable part on the reference surface (S106), where the reference surface comprises a locus of a reference point of a second space including a space, which is occupied by the movable part accompanied with change of an attitude of the movable part, in the outside of a first space including the object, when the second space is arranged so as to be brought in contact with the first space. 【課題】姿勢の変化する可動部の経路の生成方法を提供する。【解決手段】対象物を処理するための可動部の経路を生成する生成方法であって、対象物を内包する第１空間の外側に、可動部がその姿勢の変化を伴って占める空間を内包する第２空間を、第１空間に接するように配置した場合の第２空間の基準点の軌跡よりなる基準面を生成し（Ｓ１０５）、基準面上に可動部の経路を生成する（Ｓ１０６）。【選択図】図２
