Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water purification equipment which is superior in resource saving by using separation materials in cycles, can make the separation materials lap with draining water off efficiently when the separation materials are metals such as magnesium or iron, can regulate recycling rate of the separation materials in accordance with water quality of raw water, and is superior in efficiency of water purification, maintainability, purification stability and water purification ability.SOLUTION: Water purification equipment comprises: a water treatment tank; an inner cylinder unit provided inside the water treatment tank; a water purification unit provided between an outer cylinder unit and the inner cylinder unit of the water treatment tank; a separation materials supplying unit arranged above the water purification unit; an upper raw water feeding unit arranged above the water purification unit and/or a lower raw water feeding unit arranged at a lower side of the outer cylinder unit; an introducing opening of the separation materials and raw water formed at the bottom side of the inner cylinder unit and communicating with the water purification unit; a separation materials discharging unit discharging the separation materials from the upper part side of the inner cylinder unit to the water purification unit; a screw arranged rotatably on the about central axis of the inner cylinder unit; a drive unit rotating the screw; and a pure water discharging unit arranged at the outer cylinder unit.
【課題】分離材を循環して使用することにより省資源性に優れ、マグネシウムや鉄等の金属系の分離材を用いる場合、水を切った状態で効率良く共擦りさせることができ、また、原水の水質に合せて分離材の再生率を調節することができ、浄水の効率性、メンテナンス性、浄化安定性、浄水能力に優れる浄水装置の提供。【解決手段】水処理タンクと、水処理タンクの内部に形設された内筒部と、水処理タンクの外筒部と内筒部との間に形設された浄水部と、浄水部の上方に配設された分離材供給部と、浄水部の上方に配設された上部原水給水部及び/又は外筒部の下部側に配設された下部原水給水部と、内筒部の底部側に浄水部と連通して形成された分離材及び原水の導入口と、内筒部の上部側から浄水部に分離材を吐出する分離材吐出部と、内筒部の略中心軸上に回転自在に配設されたスクリューと、スクリューを回転させる駆動部と、外筒部に配設された浄水排出部と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
