Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage variation controller capable of suppressing the development of degradation in a capacitor due to charge and discharge exceeding threshold electric power of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A voltage variation controller in a vehicle including: a capacitor; a converter converting a DC voltage output from the capacitor to a DC voltage at a different level; and a load including a motor driven by electric power supplied from the capacitor via the converter, comprises: a target-power deriving unit deriving target power to be output from the motor in response to driving power required for the vehicle; an electric-power-consumption deriving unit deriving electric power consumption of the motor in response to the target power; and a load-side-voltage-target-value setting unit setting a target value of a load-side voltage of the converter in response to the electric power consumption of the motor derived by the electric-power-consumption deriving unit. The load-side-voltage-target-value setting unit suppresses a change rate of the target value of the load-side voltage in response to a state of the capacitor or threshold electric power of the capacitor preset for the state.
