Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant molded article that achieves both of molding property without cracks and appropriate grinding property to suppress deterioration of a lubricant supply member, and contributes to a longer service life relating to an exchange work of process cartridges.SOLUTION: A lubricant molded article 6a is prepared by compression-molding particles essentially comprising a lubricating substance, and the lubricating substance consists of particles of the same component having two or more peak particle diameters. By mixing a lubricating substance A1 having a large particle diameter with a lubricating substance A2 having a small particle diameter, a compression rate to obtain such molding property that generates no crack in the lubricating substance A1 shifts to be lower by the large bonding strength between particles of the lubricating substance A2, which results in improvement in grinding property. 【課題】ヒビ割れを生じない成形性と、潤滑剤供給部材のヘタリを抑制できる研削性との両立を実現でき、プロセスカートリッジの交換に係る長寿命化にも寄与できる潤滑剤成形物を提供する。【解決手段】潤滑性物質を主成分とした粒子を圧縮成形してなる潤滑剤成形物6aにおいて、潤滑性物質は、2つ以上のピーク粒径を持つ同一成分の粒子からなる。粒径の大きい潤滑性物質A1と、粒径の小さい潤滑性物質A2とを混合すると、潤滑性物質A2の粒子間結合力の大きさによって、潤滑性物質A1のヒビ割れを生じない成形性が得られる圧縮率が低い方にシフトし、結果として研削性が向上する。【選択図】図1
