Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine in which a simple configuration can be used to adjust molding die-clamping force with ease, without providing expensive sensors such as molding die-clamping load cells.SOLUTION: A control device 8 is provided with a molding die-clamping force determination mode. When the molding die-clamping force determination mode is selected, the control device 8 drives a molding die-clamping unit 3 to clamp a molding die device 5 with a predetermined molding die-clamping force, and subsequently drives an ejection mechanism 6 to press, at a constant torque, against a mating surface 15a of a fixed-side molding die 15, a product push-out member (a return pin 45, an ejection plate 50 or the like) provided to the ejection mechanism 6. An injection unit 4 is subsequently driven to inject a molding material into a molding die cavity 17 and fill the cavity therewith. An operation state of the ejection mechanism 6 during the injection is displayed on a display device 7, and suitability/non-suitability of the molding die-clamping force is determined.
【課題】型締ロードセル等の高価なセンサ類を備えることなく、簡易な構成で型締力の調整を容易に実行可能な成形機を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置8に、型締力判定モードを備える。型締力判定モードが選択されたとき、制御装置8は、型締ユニット3を駆動して金型装置5を予め定められた型締力で型締した後、エジェクト機構6を駆動して、当該エジェクト機構6に備えられた製品押し出し部材(リターンピン45又はエジェクトプレート50等)を、固定側金型15の合わせ面15aに一定トルクで押し付ける。次いで、射出ユニット4を駆動して金型キャビティ17内に成形材料を射出・充填し、そのときのエジェクト機構6の動作状態を表示装置7に表示して、型締力の適否を判定する。【選択図】図3 |
