PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member having antireflection effect and environmental reliability, and a manufacturing method of the optical member.SOLUTION: The optical member includes a laminate that is formed on a surface of a substrate 1 and has a layer 5 having a porous layer or a rugged structure 6 on a surface layer.
