Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching controller capable of reducing temperature difference between upper and lower switching elements to minimum.SOLUTION: When upper and lower temperature detection means constituting a drive circuit detects the temperature of upper and lower switching elements, or when the upper and lower temperature estimation means estimates the temperature of the upper and lower switching elements. A signal generation circuit gives an offset value to a command voltage of a PWM signal to be output to the upper and lower switching element so that the upper temperature and the lower temperature get closer to each other to generate a PWM signal, and outputs the same to the respective switching elements. 【課題】上側及び下側スイッチング素子間の温度差を極力減少させるようにする。【解決手段】上側及び下側温度検出手段により、駆動回路を構成する上側及び下側スイッチング素子の温度をそれぞれ検出するか、又は上側及び下側温度推定手段により、駆動回路を構成する上側及び下側スイッチング素子の温度をそれぞれ推定すると、信号生成回路は、上側温度と下側温度とが近付くように上側及び下側スイッチング素子に出力するＰＷＭ信号の指令電圧にオフセット値を付与してＰＷＭ信号を生成し、各スイッチング素子に出力する。【選択図】図１
