Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality inspection method of a catalyst layer for a fuel battery, a manufacturing method of the fuel battery, a quality inspection device of the catalyst layer for the fuel battery and a classification system of the catalyst layer for the fuel battery which are not as expensive as an inspection method and inspection device using transmission X-rays and can be easily operated by anyone.SOLUTION: A quality inspection method of a catalyst layer for a fuel battery arranges an inspection head of a capacitive sensor in a vertically movable manner so as to face a catalyst layer for a fuel battery placed on a placement base, performs scanning so as to planarly move one of the catalyst layer and the inspection head of the capacitive sensor relatively with respect to the other, detects the shape of the catalyst layer on the basis of the detection result of the capacitive sensor, and detects the quality inside and outside the catalyst layer as change in electrical characteristics of the catalyst layer. 【課題】透過X線を用いる検査方法および検査装置のように高価でなく、誰でも容易に操作することが可能な燃料電池用の触媒層の品質検査方法、燃料電池の製造方法、燃料電池用の触媒層の品質検査装置、および燃料電池用の触媒層の仕分けシステムを提供すること。【解決手段】燃料電池用の触媒層の品質検査方法であって、載置台上に載置された燃料電池用の触媒層に対向するように静電容量センサの検査ヘッドを上下動自在に配置し、前記触媒層または前記静電容量センサの前記検査ヘッドのいずれか一方をいずれか他方に対し相対的に平面移動するように走査し、前記触媒層の形状を、前記静電容量センサの検出結果に基いて検出するとともに、前記触媒層の内部および外部の品質を、前記触媒層の電気的特性の変化として検出するようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
