NATURAL PERSON SECURITIES TRADING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural person securities trading system that simply and efficiently performs processing on data relating to securities and readily performs processing on the raising of capital necessary for an excellent natural person to realize his/her idea.SOLUTION: A natural person securities trading system performs trading in which natural persons are targets of securities. The natural person securities trading system comprises: a natural person data obtaining part for obtaining natural person data from a natural person resource database having data of natural persons; a natural person data introducing part for introducing the natural person data from the natural person data obtaining part to obtain introduced data; a natural person appraising part for performing securities value appraisals on the introduced data on the basis of natural person appraisal references stored in the natural person securities trading system to obtain securities value appraisal results; and a natural person securities trading platform part for performing natural person trading on the basis of the securities value appraisal results. 【課題】証券に係わる資料の処理を簡単かつ効率的に行い、優秀な自然人が理想を実現させるのに必要な資本の調達行為を容易に処理するための自然人証券取引システムを提供する。【解決手段】自然人を証券の対象とした取引が行われる自然人証券取引システムであって、自然人のデータを有する自然人リソースデータベースから自然人データを取得する自然人データ取得部と、前記自然人データ取得部から前記自然人データを導入して導入データを得る自然人データ導入部と、前記自然人証券取引システムに保存される自然人鑑定基準に基いて前記導入データに対して証券価値鑑定を行い、証券価値鑑定結果を得る自然人鑑定部と、前記証券価値鑑定結果に基いて自然人証券取引が行われる自然人証券取引プラットフォーム部を備えることを特徴とする自然人証券取引システムを提供する。【選択図】図１
