Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently design high-quality hardware in a short time so as to be faithful to an algorithm expressed in a programming language in a logical circuit design using RTL level description.SOLUTION: A logic circuit design device comprises: a template storage unit storing templates constituted of an assembly of a set of imperative sentences at a register transfer level corresponding to imperative sentences in a software programming language; a selection-operation reception unit receiving an operation for selecting desired templates from among the templates stored in the template storage unit; and a display control unit exerting a control to display the templates the selecting operation for which is received by the operation reception unit side by side on a screen of a display device. 【課題】ＲＴＬレベル記述を用いた論理回路設計において、プログラミング言語で表現されたアルゴリズムに忠実に、品質の良いハードウェアを、短期間に効率よく設計可能にする。【解決手段】論理回路設計装置は、ソフトウェアプログラミング言語の命令文に対応する、レジスタ転送レベルの命令文のセットの集合体からなるテンプレートを記憶するテンプレート記憶部と、前記テンプレート記憶部に記憶されたテンプレートのうち、所望のテンプレートを選択する操作を受け付ける選択操作受付部と、表示装置の画面に、前記操作受付部が受け付けたテンプレートを並べて表示する制御を行う表示制御部と、を備える【選択図】 図１
