Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel toxicity testing method to ovary of an anticancer medicine.SOLUTION: The toxicity testing method of an anticancer medicine for test to ovary is configured to: administer the anticancer medicine for test to a female rat who is four-weeks old or more for four to six days continuously; and observe presence/absence of necrosis of granule film cells on an ovary. The total administration amount of the anticancer medicine for test is 0.3-1.5 times of a total administration amount of the maximum tolerated dose in a continuous administration subacute toxicity test for two to four weeks of the same anticancer medicine for test. 【課題】抗癌薬物の卵巣に対する新たな毒性試験方法の提供。【解決手段】4週齢以上の雌性ラットに、被検抗癌薬物を4〜6日間連続投与し、卵巣における顆粒膜細胞の壊死の有無を観察することを特徴とする、被検抗癌薬物の卵巣に対する毒性試験方法であって、当該被検抗癌薬物の総投与量が、同被検抗癌薬物の2〜4週間連続投与亜急性毒性試験における最大耐用量の総投与量の0.3〜1.5倍量である毒性試験方法。【選択図】図2
