Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound generator can be made compact and lightweight and output excellent sound.SOLUTION: A sound generator comprises: a piezoelectric vibration part 60 which has a housing 20 and a piezoelectric element 61, and can be selectively shifted between a first state that at least part projects from the housing 20 and a second state that at least part does not project from the housing 20; and a weight which applies a load to the piezoelectric vibration part 60. When the piezoelectric element 61 is driven in response to the sound signal in the first state and in a state where the load is applied from the weight 10 to the piezoelectric vibration part 60, the piezoelectric vibration part 60 is deformed and the deformation causes a placing surface 150 coming into contact with the piezoelectric vibration part 60, to vibrate and emit sounds from the placing surface 150. 【課題】小型軽量化が可能で、良好な音を発生可能な音発生器を提供する。【解決手段】筐体20と、圧電素子61を備え、少なくとも一部が筺体20から突出した第1の状態と突出しない第2の状態とに選択的に遷移可能な圧電振動部60と、圧電振動部60に荷重を与える錘10と、を備え、圧電素子61は、圧電振動部60が第1の状態にあるときに、圧電振動部60に錘10からの荷重が与えられた状態で、圧電素子61が音信号に応じて駆動されると、圧電振動部60が変形して圧電振動部60が接する接触面150を振動させて接触面150から音を発生させる。【選択図】図5
