Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication property evaluation device capable of evaluating the lubrication property of rolling excellent in handling property and at low cost.SOLUTION: The lubrication property evaluation device is a device for evaluating lubrication property according to rolling conditions of a metal plate of a rolled object, and includes: a pair of testing mill rolls; an external roll disposed parallel with the axial direction of the pair of testing mill rolls and the testing mill rolls with an interval opened therebetween; and a testing metal plate bridged in a loop state between one of the pair of testing mill rolls and the external roll and a mill oil supply mechanism constituted so as to supply the mill oil to the other of the pair of testing mills or the testing metal plates. A tensile force adjustment mechanism configured to be able to control a tensile force of the testing metal plate bridged between the other of the testing mill rolls and the external roll may be included. The tensile force adjustment mechanism may control an interval between the testing mill roll and the external roll and may control the tensile force of the testing metal plate to be constant.
【課題】ハンドリング性が良好でかつ低コストで圧延の潤滑性を評価できる潤滑性評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の潤滑性評価装置は、圧延対象の金属板の圧延条件に応じて潤滑性を評価する装置であって、一対の試験用圧延ロールと、この一対の試験用圧延ロールと上記試験用圧延ロールの軸方向に対して平行にかつ間隔を開けて配設される外部ロールと、上記一対の試験用圧延ロールの一方及び外部ロール間にループ状に架け渡される試験用金属板と、上記一対の試験用圧延ロールの他方又は試験用金属板に圧延油を供給するよう構成される圧延油供給機構とを備える。上記一方の試験用圧延ロール及び外部ロール間に架け渡される試験用金属板の張力を制御可能に構成される張力調整機構を備えるとよい。また、張力調整機構が、試験用圧延ロール及び外部ロール間の間隔を制御し試験用金属板の張力を一定に制御するとよい。【選択図】図2 |
