Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up shaft which eliminates waste of a web and inhibits scratches and wrinkles from occurring in the web that has been subject to processing, and to provide a web processing device.SOLUTION: A take-up shaft 3 takes up a long web and includes: a shaft core 11 having a recessed part 110 at a part of an outer peripheral surface; a lead material 12 where one end part is attached to the shaft core 11, the lead material 12 having a through hole 121 at a part; and a connection member 13 provided at the other end part of the lead material 12 and connecting the lead material 12 with the web. When the lead material 12 and the web, which are connected by the connection member 13, is taken up by the shaft core 11, the through hole 121 overlaps with the recessed part 110 and the connection member 13 is stored in the recessed part 110 through the through hole 121 overlapping with the recessed part 110. 【課題】ウエブの無駄を省くとともに、傷や皺などが加工処理後のウエブに発生することを抑制できる巻取り軸およびウエブ加工装置を提供すること。【解決手段】巻取り軸3は、長尺状のウエブを巻き取る巻取り軸であって、外周面の一部に凹部110を有する軸芯11と、一端部が軸芯11に取り付けられ、一部に貫通孔121を有するリード材12と、リード材12の他端部に設けられ、リード材12とウエブとを継ぐ連結部材13と、を備え、連結部材13によって継がれたリード材12とウエブとを軸芯11で巻き取る際に、貫通孔121は、凹部110に重なり、連結部材13は、凹部110に重なった貫通孔121を通じて凹部110に収容される。【選択図】図2
