Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approach a value of a clearance between adjacent strip members 30 wound on inclined parts 23 and 24, to a value of a clearance in a maximum diameter position.SOLUTION: The peripheral length of the first and second inclined parts 23 and 24 becomes short in response to separating from the maximum diameter position (a constant diameter part 22), but since a roller inclination angle G of a winding roller 69 in the first and second inclined parts 23 and 24 is set larger than the roller inclination angle G in the maximum diameter position (the constant diameter part 22), the length L in the circumferential direction of the strip member 30 wound on the first and second inclined parts 23 and 24 also becomes shorter than the length L in the circumferential direction in the maximum diameter part, and thus, the value of the clearance between the adjacent strip members 30 wound on the first and second inclined parts 23 and 24, can be approached to the value of the clearance between the strip members 30 in the maximum diameter position.
【課題】傾斜部23、24に巻付けられた隣接する帯状部材30間の間隙の値を最大径位置における間隙の値に近付ける。【解決手段】第1、第2傾斜部23、24の周長は最大径位置(定径部22)から離れるに従い短くなるが、第1、第2傾斜部23、24での巻付けローラ69のローラ傾斜角Gを、最大径位置(定径部22)でのローラ傾斜角Gより大としたので、第1、第2傾斜部23、24に巻付けられた帯状部材30の周方向長さLも最大径部での周方向長さLより短くなり、これにより、第1、第2傾斜部23、24に巻付けられた隣接する帯状部材30間の間隙の値を最大径位置における帯状部材30間の間隙の値に近付けることができる。【選択図】図9 |
