Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw which can prevent occurrence of a wire jump while preventing an increase in working resistance.SOLUTION: The wire saw performs working of a workpiece by making wire rows with a lot of wires wound around a plurality of multiple-groove rollers travel and pushing the workpiece onto the wire rows. The wire saw includes a fixture where a plurality of grooves are formed, the fixture is disposed so that respective wires of the wire rows travel one by one in each of the plurality of grooves, and the width of each of the plurality of grooves is larger than the diameter of the wire. 【課題】加工抵抗の増加を防止しつつワイヤ飛びの発生を抑制できるワイヤソーを提供すること。【解決手段】本ワイヤソーは、複数の多条溝ローラ間にワイヤを多数巻き付けたワイヤ列を走行させ、前記ワイヤ列に被加工物を押し当てて前記被加工物の加工を行うワイヤソーにおいて、複数の溝が形成された治具を有し、前記複数の溝のそれぞれに前記ワイヤ列の各ワイヤが１本ずつ走行するように前記治具が配され、前記複数の溝の各溝の幅は、前記ワイヤの径よりも大であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
