Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and precise surface treatment capable of removing corrosion deposits or products on an internally cooled generator coil without damaging a base material for a hollow conductor.SOLUTION: Provided is an abrasive cleaning method for an internally cooled generator coil including a plurality of hollow conductors, a cooling passage of the generator coil being filled with a shear hardening medium containing dispersed abrasive particles, in which case, the cooling passage is formed by the respective hollow conductors, the method including: applying a liquid pressure to the shear hardening medium so as to immobilize the dispersed abrasive particles at matrix positions; applying a flow to the shear hardening medium in the cooling passage so as to remove corrosion deposits or products from an inner wall of the cooling passage; releasing the liquid pressure from the shear hardening medium after removing the corrosion deposits or products; and flushing the shear hardening medium to outside from the cooling passage. 【課題】中空導体の母材に損傷を与えることなく、内部冷却式発電機コイルの腐食の付着物又は生成物を除去することができる、効率的で精密な表面処理を提供する。【解決手段】内部冷却式であり複数の中空導体を含む発電機コイルを研磨クリーニングする方法であって、発電機コイルの冷却通路を、分散された研磨粒子を含むせん断硬化媒体で満たし、その際、冷却通路は、各々の中空導体により形成されており、分散された研磨粒子をマトリックス位置に位置固定するために、せん断硬化媒体に液圧を加え、冷却通路の内壁から腐食の付着物又は生成物を除去するために、冷却通路内でせん断硬化媒体に流れを与え、腐食の付着物又は生成物が除去された後でせん断硬化媒体から液圧を放圧し、冷却通路から外へせん断硬化媒体をフラッシングする。【選択図】図1
