PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a dental treatment device for home visit; and a water-filling pipe passage member for use in the same.SOLUTION: A dental treatment device 1 for home visit includes: a vacuum syringe 5; and a hand piece 6 provided with a water-filling function. A medium hose 60 for storing a supply member of a working medium of the hand piece and removably connected to the hand piece, a drive control unit of instruments and a driving foot controller 16, are housed in a portable case 23. The medium hose of the hand piece includes a water pipe passage as a supply member, and includes a water-filling pipe passage member 30 removably connectable to the medium hose with the hand piece removed therefrom. When the water-filling pipe passage member is connected to the medium hose, the water pipe passage is communicated with the pipe passage of the water-filling pipe passage member. A commercial toothbrush 40 is integrally held via a holding part 35 on a tip part of the water-filling pipe passage member. By operation of the foot controller, water is filled from a tip water-filling port 34a of the water-filling pipe passage member toward a brush part 40a of the toothbrush. 【課題】往診用歯科診療装置及びこれに用いる注水管路部材を提供する。【解決手段】往診用歯科診療装置１は、バキュームシリンジ５及び注水機能を備えたハンドピース６を含み、ハンドピースの作用媒体の供給部材を収容してハンドピースに着脱自在に接続される媒体ホース６０と、インスツルメントの駆動制御部と、駆動用フートコントーラ１６とを、持ち運び可能なケース２，３に収納し、ハンドピースの媒体ホースは、供給部材としての水管路を含み、ハンドピースが取り外された当該媒体ホースに着脱自在に接続可能な注水管路部材３０を備え、注水管路部材が当該媒体ホースに接続されたときには、水管路と注水管路部材の管路とが連通し、注水管路部材の先端部には、市販の歯ブラシ４０が保持部３５を介して一体に保持され、フートコントローラの操作により、注水管路部材の先端注水口３４ａから歯ブラシのブラシ部４０ａに向けて注水がなされるように構成される。【選択図】図２
