The leveling body 7 has a first leveling plate 11 and a second leveling plate 12 turnably connected to this first leveling plate 11. The second leveling plate 12 has a plurality of cutout parts 41 positioned side by side in the lateral direction. The size of the plurality of cutout parts 41 is made different so as to be decreased from a central side in the lateral direction of the leveling body 7 toward the end side in the lateral direction.
