SCAFFOLD AND METHOD OF WORK EMPLOYING THE SCAFFOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold by which various kinds of work such as maintenance and check work of a porcelain tube of a member in which the porcelain tube is fixed to an upper part of a cradle and work in the case of emergency such as accident can be performed easily, in a short time and efficiently.SOLUTION: A scaffold 1 is used for a facility 20 including a cradle 21 installed on the ground and a porcelain tube 25 fixed to an upper part of the cradle 21. The scaffold 1 includes: a ladder part 2 that leans against any object from the ground against an outer surface of the cradle 21; and a movable enclosure part 7 connected to a fixed enclosure part 6 that is a portion protruding upwards from the cradle 21 of the ladder part 2. The movable enclosure part 7 is connected to the fixed enclosure part 6 so as to be rotatable between a closed state where the movable enclosure part 7 is closed relatively to the fixed enclosure part 6 and encloses the porcelain tube 25, and an open state where the movable enclosure part 7 is opened relatively to the fixed enclosure part 6. 【課題】 架台の上部にがい管が固定された部材のがい管の保守点検作業、事故等の緊急時の作業等の各種の作業を容易に、短時間で、効率良く行うことができる足場を提供する。【解決手段】 地上に設置された架台２１と、該架台２１の上部に固定されたがい管２５とを備える設備２０において用いられる足場１であって、前記架台２１の外面に沿うように地上から立て掛けられる梯子部２と、前記梯子部２の前記架台２１から上方に突出する部分である固定囲い部６に接続された可動囲い部７とを備え、前記可動囲い部７は、前記固定囲い部６に対して閉じて前記がい管２５の周囲を囲む閉状態と、前記固定囲い部６に対して開いた開状態との間を回動できるように、前記固定囲い部６に接続されている。【選択図】 図１
