PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission device that can perform uniform discharging (charging), is downsized, and achieves a low price, and provide a charging device and image formation device using the electron emission device.SOLUTION: The electron emission device of the present invention includes: an electron emission element that includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an intermediate layer disposed between the first electrode and second electrode, and emits an electron from the second electrode by applying a voltage between the first electrode and second electrode; a power feeding terminal that comes into contact with the second electrode to feed power; and a pedestal to which the electron emission element is fixed.
