Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat conductive member which inserts a columnar ceramics body into a metal tube, equally contracts the metal tube in diameter, and integrates the column ceramics body and the metal tube to each other.SOLUTION: A columnar ceramics body 11 having a flow passage in which a first fluid circulates is inserted into a metal tube 12 with an interval, and the metal tube 12 is pulled to the outside of an axial direction while heating the metal tube 12. Then, the metal tube 12 and the columnar ceramics body 11 are made to contact with each other by contracting the metal tube 12 in diameter, and a heat conductive member 10 is obtained by integrating the metal tube and the columnar ceramics body. It is preferable to keep a temperature difference of the metal tube 12 in an axial direction at 100°C or higher. More preferably, the integration is performed while keeping a temperature difference between a contact part 12b of the metal tube 12 contacting with the columnar ceramics body 11 and the other heated part 12d of the metal tube 12 at 100°C or higher.
