Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmittance control method of an electromagnetic wave that improves productivity while also considering mass-productivity in controlling transmittance of the electromagnetic wave.SOLUTION: To an insulator inducing a conical structure 7 based on a proper screw magnetic structure, electromagnetic waves are propagated in propagation directions different from each other, and transmittance is made different from each other between the propagation directions. At such a time, the electromagnetic waves may also be propagated in propagation directions corresponding to a spinning direction of the conical structure 7 and in the propagation directions different from each other at 180° or in accordance with the spinning direction of the conical structure 7 or chirality of spinning of the conical structure 7, a differential value of transmittance between the propagation directions may also be changed. 【課題】電磁波の透過率を制御する上で、量産性をも考慮し生産性に優れた電磁波の透過率制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】プロパースクリュー磁気構造に基づくコニカル構造7が誘起されている絶縁体に対して、互いに異なる伝搬方向から電磁波を伝搬させ、当該伝搬方向間で透過率を互いに異ならせる。このとき、コニカル構造7のスピン方向に応じた伝搬方向で、かつ互いに180?異なる伝搬方向から伝搬させるようにしてもよいし、コニカル構造7のスピン方向、又はコニカル構造7のスピンのカイラリティに応じて伝搬方向間の透過率の差分値を変化させるようにしてもよい。【選択図】図2
