PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge the process liquid quickly while suppressing complication of a device, when supplying the process liquid to a workpiece.SOLUTION: A storage chamber 23 storing resist liquid and a nozzle 21 for discharging the resist liquid are integrated as a cartridge 12, the cartridge 12 is then conveyed from a stand-by section 13 to a position directly above a wafer W, and the resist liquid is discharged directly from the cartridge 12. A replenishment port 28 for replenishing the cartridge 12 with the resist liquid is provided separately from the nozzle 21 for discharging the resist liquid.
