Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and device for a packaging body, capable of more reliably inspecting content leakage than the conventional method and device.SOLUTION: An inspection method and device for a packaging body is configured to irradiate a packaging body 1 housing a content with ultraviolet ray and capture an image of the packaging body by using an RGB color camera 4, and to inspect leakage of the content containing a fluorescent substance from the captured image. In a state of a B-magnification of the RGB color camera 4 being set smaller than an R-magnification and a G-magnification, control means 11 captures an image of the packaging body by using the RGB color camera 4 and inspects the leakage of the content from the captured image. It is desirable that the B-magnification of the RGB color camera is set within 0.1-0.5 times, and the R-magnification and the G-magnification are set within 2-10 times, respectively. When the B-magnification of the RGB color camera is set smaller than the R-magnification and the G-magnification, the image of the fluorescence substance can be more clearly captured than in a case of setting the magnifications to 1, 1 and 1, respectively, and accordingly, the content leakage and adherence can be reliably detected. 【解決手段】 内容物を収容した包装体1に紫外線を照射するとともに該包装体をRGBカラーカメラ4で撮影し、得られた画像から蛍光物質を含む内容物の漏れを検査するようにした包装体の検査方法と装置に関する。制御手段11は、上記RGBカラーカメラ4のB倍率を、R倍率及びG倍率よりも小さく設定した状態で、該RGBカラーカメラによって上記包装体を撮影し、得られた画像から内容物の漏れを検査する。上記RGBカラーカメラのB倍率は0.1〜0.5倍の範囲に、R倍率とG倍率はそれぞれ2〜10倍の範囲に設定することが望ましい。【効果】 RGBカラーカメラのB倍率を、R倍率及びG倍率よりも小さく設定した場合には、通常のRGBカラーカメラのRGB倍率をそれぞれ1倍、1倍、1倍とした場合に比較して、蛍光物質をより鮮明に撮影することができ、したがって内容物の漏れや付着を確実に検出することが可能となる。【選択図】 図1
