Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a heat insulating paint material capable of providing a heat insulating layer exhibiting stable heat insulation and waterproofness for a long period as well as a heat insulating building material using the heat insulating paint material.SOLUTION: A heat insulating paint material contains synthetic resin emulsion (A), hollow particles (B), a flameproofing material (C) and a fibrous compound (D). A blend ratio of the flameproofing material (C) is within 10 to 300 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of resin solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion (A). The fibrous compound (D) is a fibrous inorganic compound with aspect ratio of 1.5 to 250 and/or a fibrous organic compound having a branching structure.
【課題】長期に渡って安定した断熱性と防水性を発揮する断熱層が得られる断熱塗材及びこのものを用いた断熱建材を提案する。【解決手段】合成樹脂エマルション(A)、中空粒子(B)、難燃化材(C)及び繊維状化合物(D)を含み、難燃化材(C)の配合量が、合成樹脂エマルション(A)の樹脂固形分100質量部に対して10〜300質量部の範囲内にあり、該繊維状化合物(D)がアスペクト比が1.5〜250の繊維状無機化合物及び/又は分岐状構造を有する繊維状有機化合物であることを特徴とする断熱塗材。【選択図】図1 |
